This policy applies to purchases on appealify.net, operated under the brand Appealify. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Decoding a denial is free. There is no charge and nothing to refund.
The appeal letter is a one-time digital purchase (US$19 founding price). Because it is generated and delivered to you immediately and electronically, purchases are generally final once the letter has been successfully generated.
We will gladly refund your purchase in any of these cases:
To request a refund, email hello@appealify.net within 7 days of purchase and include your payment receipt or transaction reference.
Because we provide an informational tool and not a guaranteed result, we do not refund based on the outcome of your appeal (for example, if your insurer ultimately upholds the denial). As stated in our Terms, no service can guarantee an insurer’s decision.
We aim to review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
If something went wrong, please email us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute, and we genuinely want you to be satisfied.
