Refund Policy

Appealify is a one-time, pay-per-decision service. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

1. When you're eligible for a refund

If your payment was processed but Appealify failed to deliver a complete report (the executive summary, scorecard, three letters, and downloadable PDF) due to a technical error on our end, and the issue could not be resolved after a retry, you're entitled to a full refund.

If you were charged more than once for the same report due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.

2. When refunds are not available

Once your report has been successfully generated and delivered, the Service has been provided as described, and the purchase is final. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with an appeal's outcome. As stated in our Terms of Service, no tool can guarantee that an appeal will succeed, and payment is for the analysis and drafting service itself, not for a particular result.

Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase will not be honored.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us through our Contact form with your payment reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
