This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for paid features of Appealify (appealify.net), such as a generated appeal letter.
1. Digital, instantly delivered
When you purchase a generated appeal letter, it is created and made available to you immediately (on screen and as a downloadable file). You receive the full benefit of the purchase at the moment of delivery. For this reason, and because the product cannot be "returned," purchases are non-refundable once the letter has been generated and delivered.
2. When you may request a refund
We want you to actually receive what you paid for. You may request a refund if:
- You were charged but the tool failed to generate or deliver your appeal letter due to a technical fault on our side, and we are unable to deliver it after you contact us; or
- You were charged more than once for the same single purchase (a duplicate charge).
To request a refund in these cases, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, including your order/receipt reference. We will investigate and, where a qualifying fault is confirmed, issue a refund of the affected charge.
3. When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available, among other situations, where:
- The appeal letter was successfully generated and delivered to you;
- You changed your mind, no longer need the letter, or found another solution after delivery;
- Your insurance appeal was unsuccessful or your claim remained denied — Appealify provides informational tools and does not guarantee any outcome;
- You did not review, edit, send, or follow up on the letter, or missed a deadline;
- The information you entered was inaccurate or incomplete.
4. No outcome guarantee
Appealify is an informational tool, not a law firm, insurance company, or medical provider. We do not guarantee that any appeal prepared using the Service will be approved. A denied appeal is not a basis for a refund.
5. How refunds are processed
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through that provider and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. The payment provider's own terms may also apply to refunds.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, which applies to purchases made after that date.
